Company keeps your company's context in one place and makes it available to you and to the tools you connect. These terms describe what you can expect from Company and what Company expects from you. Company is operated by Claps Artificial Intelligence, Inc., a Delaware corporation.

Your content stays yours. You keep every right to what you add. We store and process it only to provide the service, as the privacy page describes.

Keep your account secure. Anyone with one of your tokens can read the space it opens, so keep your tokens private and revoke any you no longer use.

Add only content you have the right to store. Do not use Company to keep other people's data without their consent.

You can use Company from ChatGPT or Claude. When you connect it, you choose the one space it reads and saves to, it saves only what you ask it to save, and you can revoke the connection at any time in Settings. Your use of ChatGPT or Claude is governed by the terms of OpenAI or Anthropic.

The services you connect keep their own terms. Connect only the accounts you are allowed to give Company access to.

Titles, summaries, observations and answers are written by AI and can be wrong. Check what matters against the entries they come from before you rely on it.

Company is provided as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. You can export your context at any time, as text (Markdown) or JSON.

Company has a free plan, with no limit on people. On the Free plan, Company remembers the last 1,000 entries of each team space: older entries stay in the list, locked, until the space moves to a paid plan. Your personal space is always free, with no limit.

Team and Business are paid plans for a team space, billed monthly per member at the price shown before you subscribe. The owner of the space subscribes in Settings, and Stripe processes the payment. When someone joins or leaves the space, the number of members billed changes too, and the charge is prorated. If a price changes, you will be told before the new price applies.

The owner can cancel at any time, in Settings or by writing to us. When a subscription ends or is left unpaid, the space goes back to Free, and nothing in it is deleted.

You can stop using Company whenever you want and ask us to delete your account and all of its data. We may close accounts that violate these terms.
